Such personal information may be collected, used or disclosed in order to facilitate the processing of visa application(s) and/or request(s) including but not limited to for the following purposes:

How do we collect information about you?
We obtain information about you when you use our website or use our services, for example, when you apply or choose to avail our visa assistance services, M&A booking, Lounge Booking services ("Services") or our any other services.
What type of information is collected from you?
We only collect the information that is required for providing RCA Services or to provide a requested service. The personal information that we collect is determined by the embassies / government as per their application forms that grants the visa, and is dependent on what type of visa or services you are applying for.
Some examples of the types of data that may be collected:
Personal data: Such as, name, national identity number, nationality, gender, details of your travel document (e.g. passport or ID), email address, telephone number and postal address, place & date of birth.
Sensitive Personal data: Religion, marital status, health related information as required by embassies, Photographs.
Third persons: Children, parents name, spouse name, employers’ details, someone who gives a personal reference, address you are staying at your destination.
Communication data: Contact details, emails, mobile phone number.
Payments data: Payment card details, bank account details.
Electronic media data: Audio recordings, website cookies (see below).

RCA will only use your personal information for the specific visa application process or to provide to you an addition service that you have requested, such as, courier delivery of your visa to your home.

How long do we hold on to your data for?
We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis. We are legally required to hold some types of information to fulfil our statutory obligations (for example; invoices for taxation legislation). We will hold your personal information on our systems only for the minimum time as is necessary for the relevant activity as mandated by authorities and fulfilment agents.
The visa application data that we collect is retained by RCA for the purpose of rendering services. This is for the purposes of assisting you should you contact us with follow-up questions. Any other paper, hard copies, forms or other paper records containing personal information will be destroyed by a secure process within thirty (30) days of your travel documents being returned to you.
Who has access to your information?
We may share your personal information with third parties and companies belonging to RCA where it is necessary for the processing of your requests or rendering requested services or to deliver an additional service you have requested.
We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes unless you have explicitly consented. You can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to us at email@example.com.
By applying for service(s), your personal information will be sent to the visa approving authority or fulfilment agent that represents the country / services you are applying for. These authorities or fulfilment agents may share your personal information with an applicable governmental, regulatory, or enforcement authorities for the prevention of crime or terrorism.

As part of the visa application process and rendering M&A and Lounge booking services, we will be transferring your personal information "off-shore" as same is necessary part of the rendering your requested services.

You have the right to withdraw your consent that you gave us previously for processing your data. However, if you do, we cannot continue to provide services requested by you.

When you give us personal information, we take steps to ensure that it’s treated securely. Any sensitive information (such as credit or debit card details) is encrypted and protected. On our websites when you are on a secure page, a lock icon will appear on the in the address bar of most web browsers. All payments that happen on RCA site are secure. Our Website is secure using 128-bit secure socket layer (SSL) encryption provided by network solutions. We do not capture any data pertaining to credit or debit card details on our site. The clients for all online payments are taken to the acquiring bank’s payment gateway site for completion of the transaction. The credit card or debit card information is not stored in any retrieval system or storage system of RCA.
